FULL DAY TOUR
Collection from either the North or South Coast.   Arrival at Shimoni after an interesting drive to be met by Abdul or Abdallah, whilst enjoying onboard the dhow, Swahili tea or Arabic coffee served with traditional donut, Complimentary juices, mineral water & fruit are available on board.  Meet your crew and team guide, Sally or Angela.  Amongst the crew and throughout the day German, French & English is spoken.  Motor and sail to Kisite Marine Park, the start of a day of fun in an exceptionally beautiful area of the Kenya Coast.

FULL MORNING DHOW TOUR TO KISITE MARINE PARK
Snorkeling, fun-diving and scuba diving.  For the non-swimmer, relax and enjoy the underwater world through glass- bottomed viewers.  Our vessels are traditional sailing dhows of the Indian Ocean,  converted with inboard motors to take guests on a spectacular cruise into one of Kenya's best-loved Marine Parks.   Enjoy a relaxed journey with our experienced crew, dedicated to look after you.  Dolphin, Turtle and seasonal Humpback Whale and Whale Shark spotting.

Masks and snorkels are provided.  Fins are not permitted in accordance with a request from Kenya Wildlife Service to assist in the protection of the coral reef.

Fun-diving option for those who would like to experience scuba diving.  The dive  team, SSI ( Scuba Schools International) trained and led by our advanced instructor Malik will accompany two guests at a time on an amazing underwater safari.  

 Scuba-diving option:  Qualified divers can enjoy two great dives at different dive sites.

 After a full morning of activity guests land on Wasini Island for luncheon.

CHARLIE CLAW'S ORIGINAL WASINI ISLAND RESTAURANT set in private gardens reaching down to the sea at the West end of Wasini Island, with views over the coastline to Tanzania.  Enjoy a sumptuous lunch, whole crab steamed in ginger, bar-b-qued chicken and  fresh fish or vegetarian options.  All served and prepared in true local  Swahili tradition.  The main restaurant, also built in traditional style is open plan and cool.  The dive-base restaurant veranda sits on the cliff edge overlooking the Wasini channel,  an ideal venue for a romantic lunch or fun with friends.

GUIDED AFTERNOON VILLAGE TOUR & VISIT TO 2 COMMUNITY PROJECTS.  Behind the village
there is an interesting community project managed by the ladies of Wasini Island.  Returning to your departure point on the mainland, visit another project, the Shimoni Slave Caves.   Both are included in your excursion price, the income from these  projects helps support communities actively working to help themselves.
