SATAO CAMP - The Safari experience
Satao Camp is an exclusive tented wonder situated in
Tsavo East National Park and set in a lush wooded oasis of Tamarind
trees. Of the 20 tents, 6 offer family accommodation and there are 4
executive suites thoughtfully positioned and designed in the unique
African style, comfortably furnished and spacious ensuite bathrooms with
traditional safari showers. Sympathetic accommodation for the
disabled.
The camp provides tranquility and relaxation in the "Eden
of East Africa" with that extra personal touch. Wonderful star-gazing
nights around the camp fire and exciting opportunities to get “close-up
and personal” with guided bushwalks, or just enjoy the constant activity
surrounding the waterhole from your own private verandah or the elevated
game viewing terrace. Lunch is taken under the Tamarind trees and
sundowners in the bush are a unique way to end the day.
